• Rates based on single/double occupancy and subject to availability.
• "Island Villa rate is based on 4 adults or 2 adults & 2 children. Private Pool Villa rates are based on 6 adults.
• Offer valid for stays booked and completed by 31 October 2010.
• Minimum of 2 consecutive nights stay required.
• Breakfast included for 2 people in a guest room, up 4 people in an Island Villa, up to 6 guests in a Private Pool Villa.
• Return airport transfer by luxurious shared resort vehicle up to 2 adults for resort room bookings, up to 4 adults in an Island Villa and up to 6 adults in a Private Pool Villas from/to Phuket International Airport. Free airport transfer is for Children 12 years and under only.
• Free extra bed for children aged 12 and under, restricted to one extra bed per room including Buffet Breakfast for 1 Child.
• Kids Dine free applies to Children 12 years and under accompanied by a paying adult - One child enjoys free dining and beverages (unlimited courses from Kids Menus at all Laguna Phuket restaurants) per one full paying adult for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Free VIK Club access for children between 4 and 12 years for the duration of their stay.  Infants under 4 years must be accompanied by a guardian or adult. Lilly and Lucky will visit the resort between 8.30am - 9.30am and 3.00pm - 4.00pm on daily basis.
• Kidz Fun Zone operates daily at Canal Village between 26 June and 20 August, and on selected days from 20 August - 31 October 2010.
• Laguna Tours Speedboat excursion is valid for children of registered guests aged 12 and under tour free when accompanied by a paying adult on selected tours. Advance bookings are required.
• Laguna Tours 1,000 baht voucher must be presented to the hospitality desk before use and advance bookings are required. A minimum booking of two adults. Valid for one time use only and only one voucher may be utilised per booking.
• Complimentary Golf is limited to one round of golf per person per stay. Not applicable for children under 9 years old and all children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a playing adult Excludes caddy fees and is non-transferable. Further conditions apply.
• Extra person charge at USD 59+++ per person per night is applied.
• Any unused portion/s of the package are non-transferable and can not be redeemed for cash/credit.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion including Starwood Privilege.
• A Credit card is required at time of reservation.
• Subject to 10% Service Charge,7% VAT, 1% Provincial Taxes.
• Not Applicable for group bookings of 10 or more rooms.
• Starwood is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions.
