Discover how we are making sustainability a top priority.The following environmentally friendly initiatives have been in place in the resort. They are:
1. Energy & water conservation including energy conserving heat recovery, energy conserving steam economizer and reverse osmosis plant water treatment.
2. Waste minimization and environmentally responsible purchasing including organic waste composting and non chemical fish pond water treatment
3. Enhanced indoor environmental quality including green housekeeping and low pollution emitting materials such as water based paints, oil based flooring

Local organic lunch menu options:

• Line caught yellow fin tuna loin organic greens, lime balsamic dressing,poached local farm egg, fresh herbs
• Jatiluwih free-range chicken breast slow roasted with local spices, wok fried baby kailan and shiitake mushrooms steamed red rice from Tabanan, coriander leaves
• Bedugul highland strawberries marinated with vanilla syrup, a hint of crushed black pepper served with homemade coconut milk sorbet, Nata de coco and Malibu syrup
• Freshly brewed fair trade coffee or tea, crunchy cookies from our pastry kitchen
